1. Should be proactive to understand the exact need of the team
2. Hands-on experience in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
3. Should have knowledge of sound leveling and basic color correction
4. Should be open to accepting suggestions from co-workers/superiors while designing a video
