Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop lucid and captivating video explanations for assigned questions, ensuring a profound understanding of the topic and its significance to students.
2. Leverage tools such as Microsoft OneNote or WHITEBOARD to create and visually depict your solutions digitally, enhancing comprehension.
3. Employ screen recording software to capture your explanations as you write your solutions, providing a visual aid for students.
4. Concentrate on delivering comprehensive explanations instead of overwhelming content, ensuring that students grasp the fundamental concepts.
5. Work closely with fellow team members, including SMEs and content editors, to uphold the accuracy and quality of educational content.

Requirements:

1. Proficient knowledge of subjects such as physics, and statistics up to the graduation level.
2. Robust communication and problem-solving skills, coupled with a deep understanding of subject concepts and principles.
3. Possession of a high-quality pen tablet (WACOM) and a collar microphone for video creation.
4. Capability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
5. Punctuality and a consistent track record of meeting deadlines.

Guidelines:

1. Solutions must exhibit conceptual accuracy, with a clear, concise, highly informative, and detailed approach.
2. Working on reworking videos if the quality of the videos is not up to the mark
3. Should be courteous with our internal team and ensure smooth execution of projects every day

Note: SMEs are expected to deliver a substantial output with the target of creating 15 videos per day.
