1. Should be based out of Bangalore
2. Must have a can-do attitude, to whom the shot and final cut matters, not the equipment used or the way the footage was taken
3. Should have a portfolio of videos with footage taken by self
4. Should be skilled at final cuts of edited videos
5. Should have knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or any other industry-standard video editing platform
6. Should be able to brainstorm on initial copies of a script to make it production friendly
7. Should have the intent to travel to shoot locations within Bangalore
8. Should be able to come up with frugal solutions while in shoot and production
9. Should have ideas on campaigns that are expected to work well
