Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 20th May'19 and 19th Jun'19
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Vill Spark Association is intended to change the present governing scenario of Panchayati Raj institution by ensuring standard in execution of structures and processes. We intend to enable people by creating awareness about their rights, responsibilities and involving them in small panchayat level projects to inculcate the basic skill set to drive the change. We believe that change begins at the local level when people began to take ownership and are able to hold each other accountable.
We are a start-up with 2 founders and both are part-time working on the project. We are short of monetary resources, so in order to create a more effective program with test-designed values, we are looking for volunteers with different skill sets, who will co-design the organization for the betterment of the Indian rural population.
