As a virtual assistant, you will do administrative tasks. You should be able to handle projects as you learn and deliver high-quality work with minimum supervision.
1. Provide customer service as first point of contact
2. Manage a contact list, perform market research
3. Manage customer spreadsheets and keep online records
4. Do online application filing work for the company in any website across the world
5. Do any virtual related work as given by founder and reports only to him
Requirements and skills:
1. Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant role
2. Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services
3. Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. Google workspaces, MS Office)
4. Knowledge of online calendars, scheduling, reminder management and scheduler (e.g. Google Calendar)
5. Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills, time management, organisational skills
7. 10th pass or high school pass
8. Part-time salary structure:
1 hour a day for a month = INR 1000 per month,
10 hours for a month = INR 10,000 per month
9. Workdays - 5 days of the week (2nd Saturday and all Sunday off)
10. Bonus and incentive pay offs of INR 300 -INR 400 per major task completion
