1. Must have 1-year of work experience with respect to making videos and GIFs
2. Must have any degree or certification related to design and animation
3. Must have a good knowledge and high expertise in using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After effects, and Adobe Photoshop
4. Must have in-depth knowledge of the various video/file formats, design, and animation trends
5. Must have the ability to ideate, craft, and execute videos creatively
6. Must have good knowledge of design - composition, layouts, typography, and color
7. Must have the ability to assist and help the team with layouts and adaptations when required
8. Must have good communication and time management skills
9. Must have strong work ethics and a good attitude
