1. Fluent in spoken and written Hindi & English
2. College graduate (desirable)
3. Experience with a nonprofit organization (preferred)
4. Proficient with computer and Microsoft Office programs
5. Experience with news reading or producing recorded content like podcasts (plus point)
6. Experience in Hindi teaching will be a plus
7. Flexibility to work around different time zones
