4. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards

6. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
Skills Required:
1. Demonstrable graphic design skills
2. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator
3. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
4. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
5. Up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies
6. Good understanding of search engine optimization
7. Visual design skills
