1. Knowledge in Laravel, PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML, Javascript, Ajax, jQuery, WordPress
2. Should be able to develop themes in WordPress or Drupal
3. Good knowledge of MySQL
4. Effectively communicate status, metrics, and issues on a regular basis
5. Experience with building custom templates and modules
