TheHouseMonk is an attempt to bring both of those worlds onto 1 platform. Residents can discuss and chat with their neighbors and facility managers on key issues, apart from handling their utility, maintenance and payment requirements. This makes our product unique in its placement.
Also, we're building a network which connects multiple stakeholders, real time. Facility managers, maintenance staff, vendors and residents need to collaborate real time to address issues that are faced in a community and we're enabling that through our platform.
