About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate with the sales team, support team, and the customers to understand the business requirement and technical deliverable
2. Onboard new customer to SaaS platform and make customization in the software to meet customer requirement
3. Take tech support calls and give training to the customers on how to use the platform
4. Take ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
5. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve system issues
