About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining a legacy Node.js API server that uses MongoDB for storage until we have enough data and transactions to understand what users want and build a v2 product
2. Building a complete backend service from scratch including multiple micro-services and the movement to PostgreSQL

The intern would be assisted by the core team until you are hands-on with the development.

Who can apply

Added requirements

1. Deep knowledge about JS (ES6+) and running it in Node.js ecosystems

2. Knowledge of front-end frameworks is a big plus but not required

3. Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB

4. Experience setting up and maintaining a Node.js based API Server (work experience in a similar field is desirable)

5. Ability to integrate CI/CD workflows for DevOps pertaining to the server

6. Knowledge of Jenkins/Kubernetes is desirable

7. Intermediate level knowledge of GraphQL and API security is a must
