"Mantra" is one of our CRM products exclusively designed for ISP/Telco operations which includes lead management, project management, NOC management, ticketing & help-desk, invoice & billing, reports, inventory, etc. Mantra is being used in 7 countries so far and we are looking to expand our customers globally.
