1. Should have an educational qualification in B.E/B.Tech
2. Should have primary skill in Azure administration
3. Should have formal training in Azure Cloud administration
4. Should have the technical aptitude to troubleshoot the L1 Issues and fulfill service requests
5. Should have excellent written, verbal, listening, and analytical skills
6. Should be able to easily grasp and communicate complex ideas
7. Should have excellent customer communication skills and problem-solving skills
8. Should have knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and SNOW/Remedy ticketing system
9. Should have knowledge of computer hardware and software
10. Should have knowledge of network and internet
11. Should have knowledge of server operating systems and Azure Cloud Platforms
