Web Development Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with PHP and MySQL to design, develop and debug web applications
2. Integrate back-end services with PHP/Javascript based front end needs
3. Work with the team to manage, optimize and customize multiple web applications
4. Following good coding, testing and documenting practices and adhering to existing standards
5. Participating in design and code review
6. Adhering to good agile practices like refactoring
7. Analyzing requirements, wire-frames, and capabilities of related systems to propose appropriate solutions and build prototypes when needed
8. Practicing clean, stable, unit-tested code and accompanying documentation where needed
9. Mentoring team members by sharing industry best practices using proven tools and techniques
10. Discovering, evaluating and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency and improve performance across teams
11. Fostering a culture of self-learning among the team
