Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and maintain front end code
2. Release content which works across different browsers and devices
3. Solve problems quickly and in an efficient way
4. Ensure that code has been tested prior to release
5. Work to and meet deadlines

Added requirements

1. Either one year's educational experience in web development (or similar subject), or demonstrable front end development skills

2. Some understanding of an object-oriented back end language

3. Ability to show examples of work you have developed, and explain how you have developed them

4. Experience with HTML (5), CSS (3), JavaScript and jQuery

5. Understanding of responsive design principles

6. An ability to work on projects as part of a team and independently
