2. Strong technical skills in Java and Python/R - real-time, multi-threaded, high availability

3. Strong object-oriented programming skills and design patterns

4. Experience with development on Windows

5. Experience with performance testing and profiling

6. Understanding of distributed design concepts including computer architecture and network architecture
