1. In-depth Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it such as Express JS
2. Specialized technical knowledge of the MongoDB platform or similar NoSQL technologies
3. User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
4. Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
5. Basic understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
