Fudokame Private Limited is a social enterprise, incorporated in March 2019. We have designed and build a cost-effective farm-based multipurpose biomass dryer to dehydrate fruits and vegetables. FUDOKAME aims to support farmers with safety -net against price fluctuation related to demand and supply of fruits and vegetables in the food supply chain. Agricultural products are perishable in nature, for a farmer it needs to supply to the market at prevailing prices to nearby markets. The dehydration solution dries agro produce leading to improved shelf life and provides an opportunity for the farmer to sell it at the right price in the right market. We are incubated at Venture Center, Pune.
