1. Must have good communication skills
2. Must have the ability to technically inspire and manage learners (1:1 and in a group)
3. Must have a deep understanding of Javascript, HTML, CSS, React, Nodejs, MongoDB
4. Must have hands-on experience of Chrome developer tools
5. Must have experience in building customized frontend
6. Must be able to explain data structures and algorithms in a plain and simple language
7. Must be able to understand others' code and should be able to suggest better approaches to solve technical problems
8. Must be empathetic about the users who are learning to code
9. Must be interested in mentoring and grooming the users to perform better in coding
10. Must care about writing well-documented code
11. Must be a fast and lifelong learner
12. Must be a self-motivated person with a mindset for growth
13. Must have high work ethics
14. Must be able to take full ownership of the problem that they are solving
