Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per design).

Our products are minimal, handmade, and sustainable. We are currently working on the manufacturing of our first product which will be sold online. Also, we feel that the true art and spiritual way of living in India lies in the rural areas and is fading away because of western culture. We plan to take advantage of the social media platforms to connect our customers with the lives of the artist. Our intention is to allow the artist to stay in their native place while getting connected with the world and their art. And promote ethical consumerism.
