1. Knowledge of PHP (CodeIgniter knowledge is a must), MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jquery, AJAX, responsive front-end frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap), Git
2. Good understanding of PHP libraries
3. Understanding of Cross Browser compatibility and standard compliances
4. Good understanding of databases, MySQL, MariaDB, and Mongo is preferred
