As a frontend engineer intern in an early-stage startup, you will be working very closely with the founders and lead end-to-end development.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design, build, and evolve our web app to support customer-facing and internal features, while proactively incorporating best practices for UX, security, and analytics
2. Write high-quality, readable, and easily maintainable code with tests
3. Understand user intent and draw insights by logging usage metrics and improve the functionality of the platform
4. Develop and enhance the core features using Angular for the web platform e.g. payment page, shareable answerable assessments, and analytics dashboard
5. Customize existing JavaScript libraries to better support our use cases and add important functionalities e.g. math rendering DOMs and intuitive mathematics editability
6. Visualize relevant data for users as well as the admins on the platform
7. Make the platform responsive and usable across major browsers and types of devices
