Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per design).
Mindcrafters is a firm promoted by the directors of Drona Edutronics. Mindcrafters works specifically in the area of STEM education for schools. The knowledge base gained in the work with schools in Drona Edutronics is freely available to Mindcrafers. Thus Mindcrafters brings to the table 4 years of mentoring in STEM education and projects. The Mindcrafters team is highly innovative and we are all problem solvers. We invent daring projects and activities for school children from grades 3 to 10.
Each project and activity entails deep research and experimentation. Along with the students, we challenge ourselves to find viable and cheap solutions all the time. The firm is located at Chandigarh and the schools we work with are in Chandigarh.
