Trekker Warrior Foundation is a government of India registered not-for-profit organization run by a community of trekkers and mountaineers. We love natural habitats (especially mountains) and want to preserve their serenity and beauty. We started our journey at the end of 2019 with a simple idea - combine trekking with social good and give back to nature while we enjoy being with it. Along the way, we also began working on developing a powerful community and creating educational programs to drive an intention to act in stakeholders.
The founding team has four co-founders, all of whom are certified mountaineers and professionally very accomplished. We also have many committed volunteers and advisors who come from prestigious organizations such as WWF, CEE, and UN bodies. Our vision is to create a community of a million people around the world by 2025 which helps us achieve the vision of zero non-biodegradable waste in and around mountains.
