We're looking for an intern who will work as an evaluator & advisor for 'website aesthetics design' . We are someone with a sense of colours, images, design, layout, interplay of audio-visual elements and even right background score to play with on a page, will help immensely.
The intern will be working on identifying and reviewing various websites with the goal of giving suggestions on improving to make them better from user perspective. The person must be patient at going through a repetitive process of constantly changing to make things better each time.
What does not matter ?
1. How you speak or how you look or how you dress or even how you smell is not important
2. Your past does NOT matter in anyway. Education and academics do not matter
3. Your age and experience in this field does not matter
What Matters? Only one thing - your interest in websites
As a trainee this is like a stepping stone to a bigger brighter future in the crazy world of high tech firms. That learning is your biggest remuneration which beats any monetary compensation that another organization may be giving you. You are being trained! If any expense is incurred for the organization then that will be compensated for.
If we hire you subsequently after your initial training period of 2 months then you can expect to be paid handsomely.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 1000000 to 1100000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per website design).
