Wedding Planning Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Liaise with the clients to find out their exact requirements
2. Produce detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, vendors, staffing and budgets)
3. Research venues, vendors, negotiate prices and hire them
4. Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics (for example - venue, catering, and travel)
5. Manage all pre-event planning
6. Coordinate vendors, handle clients' queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly and to budget
7. Manage a team of staff and give them full briefings
8. Organize facilities for security, first aid, and hospitality
9. Oversee the dismantling and removal of the event and clear the venue efficiently
