2. Ability to develop features that support scalability for high-traffic use, such as optimizing app performance and database management.
3. Demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges and suggest innovative solutions during the development lifecycle.
4. Familiarity with material design principles and a keen eye for creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
5. Experience working in an Agile environment with sprints and iterative development cycles.
6. Deep understanding of Flutter to ensure the app works seamlessly on both Android and iOS devices, adapting to different screen sizes and resolutions.
7. Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines, particularly for startups with a quick go-to-market approach.
8. Capable of effectively communicating technical aspects to non-technical stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
