About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct research, zoning reviews, and create preliminary site plans for new projects
2. Develop schematic designs, 3D models, and assist with building permit applications and construction documentation for residential and commercial projects
3. Produce high-quality architectural drawings, renders, and presentations
4. Organize and maintain all project-related technical documentation
