Architecture Work From Home Internship

We are looking for an architectural intern to join me at Urbanica. You'll help design better apartment buildings. The role is hands-on - you'll work on real projects, from research and site plans to 3D models and permit drawings.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research zoning rules and help shape early site concepts
2. Sketch out layouts and schematic designs for residential and commercial projects
3. Assist with working drawings, permit sets, and basic construction documents
4. Build clean 3D models, renders, and presentations
5. Keep our drawings and docs organized and updated
