About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. AI Workflow Design & Development: Create, manage, and scale AI-driven workflows using GrowStack, integrating data and actions from multiple apps to improve operational efficiency.
2. Programming & Scripting: Use programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript) to create custom code-based solutions within workflows, including developing custom integrations and managing APIs.
3. Backend Automation: Develop and maintain backend automation processes, integrating various tools, databases, and platforms to support seamless, automated workflows.
4. API Integration & Management: Build complex workflows involving multiple APIs, including RESTful APIs and webhooks, to create dynamic automations and ensure real-time data sync across platforms.
5. Troubleshooting & Optimization: Monitor and troubleshoot workflows to ensure high performance, debugging code or API connection issues, and optimizing processes for speed and scalability.
6. AI Utilization: Leverage GrowStack's AI-powered features like AI Assistants, Templates, and Custom GPTs to build intelligent, responsive workflows.
7. Data Management & Transformation: Work with large datasets, ensuring data is processed, transformed, and delivered across workflows and platforms securely and accurately.
7. Documentation & Training: Create clear documentation for each workflow and provide training to internal teams on how to use and optimize the GrowStack automation tools.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to gather requirements and implement workflows that meet business objectives.

3. Basic coding skills (JavaScript, Python) to handle advanced automation tasks.
4. Previous experience in marketing, sales operations, or project management automation.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per each workflow completion).
