ASSISTANT HR Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Project Manager.
2. Maintain and update databases, reports, and documentation for both sales and HR activities.
3. Support the recruitment and onboarding process for interns and employees.
4. Follow up with candidates and customers through calls and emails.
5. Perform additional administrative and coordination tasks as required.

Requirements:

1. Female candidate with excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus).
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. A proactive and responsible attitude towards assigned tasks.
4. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs).
