We are seeking a highly skilled backend developer who excels in Python, SQL, and distributed task management systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working with message brokers like RabbitMQ, caching mechanisms like Redis, and task queues like Celery. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable backend systems that power our applications.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and maintain backend applications using Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask).
2. Design and optimize SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) for performance and scalability.
3. Implement message-driven architectures using RabbitMQ or other message brokers.
4. Utilize Redis for caching and optimizing data retrieval.
5. Manage asynchronous tasks and background jobs using Celery.
6. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
7. Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
8. Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of backend services.
9. Collaborate with DevOps for deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD processes.
10. Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications.

1. Strong proficiency in Python and backend frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask).
2. Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), database design, and query optimization.
3. Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ, Redis, and Celery for task management.
4. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
5. Knowledge of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
6. Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests.
7. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
8. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices.
9. Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra) is a plus.
10. Understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
11. Exposure to GraphQL and WebSockets is an advantage.
12. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
