We are looking for a Blockchain/Crypto Strategist who specializes in algorithmic trading, quantitative analysis, and profitability-driven crypto trading development. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to leverage data, and market structures to maximize returns and mitigate risks.
Key Focus: Designing, backtesting, and deploying high-performing trading strategies using Python, while ensuring security, compliance, and market adaptability.
1. Develop, test, and optimize algorithmic trading strategies to achieve consistent positive ROI.
2. Utilize historical and real-time market data to refine strategies and improve execution performance.
3. Implement and fine-tune back testing and forward-testing frameworks to validate strategy robustness.
4. Identify and mitigate trading risks such as slippage, market impact, and liquidity constraints.
5. Ensure API security and compliance while integrating with exchanges (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, etc.).
6. Stay updated with crypto market trends, DeFi innovations, and quantitative research to maintain a competitive edge.
7. Work closely with engineering, product, and security teams to enhance trading infrastructure.
