About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Write and schedule blog posts, articles, and social media updates
2. Develop engaging content such as quotes, infographics, and short videos
3. Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
4. Run targeted LinkedIn ad campaigns to reach HR professionals and corporate leaders
5. Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and personalized emails
6. Develop and maintain a segmented email list for targeted outreach
7. Assist in organizing and promoting live webinars and online workshops
8. Manage webinar logistics, including registration, reminders, and follow-up communications
9. Draft and distribute press releases to business and HR publications
10. Coordinate interviews and media appearances with business journalists, bloggers, and podcasters
11. Identify and reach out to potential corporate partners and professional associations
12. Assist in organizing speaking engagements and corporate workshops
13. Collect and publish success stories and testimonials from readers and clients
14. Promote the formation of corporate book clubs and online discussion groups
15. Moderate and facilitate discussions on LinkedIn or other platforms

2. Strong written and verbal communication skills

5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

6. Basic knowledge of workplace strategy and change management is a plus
