We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic business development intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and booking demo classes for our live 1-on-1 tutoring sessions in coding and math for K12 students. This role involves outbound calling, messaging, and emailing to connect with parents based internationally. You will counsel them on the benefits of our tutoring services and how they can help their children excel academically.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Making outbound calls and sending messages to potential leads
2. Engaging with parents and informing them about our tutoring services
3. Scheduling and booking demo classes for their children
4. Sending informative and persuasive emails to potential leads
5. Following up on email communications to nurture leads
6. Generating your own leads through various methods and tools
7. Using sheets and Excel to manage and track leads
8. Regularly follow up with leads to keep the pipeline active
9. Scrubbing leads to ensure data quality and relevance
10. Counseling parents on the advantages of our live 1-on-1 tutoring sessions
11. Explaining how our classes can help their children improve academically
12. Meeting individual targets for lead generation and demo bookings
13. Tracking and reporting your progress regularly

1. Qualification: Any graduate
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
3. Ability to engage and persuade potential leads
4. Basic knowledge of sheets/Excel for lead management

6. Strong organizational skills to manage follow-ups and pipelines
7. Ability to work independently and meet targets
