CyBitRock Tech Pvt Ltd seeks a highly motivated 'Business Development Intern' to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role combines bid writing, tender execution, proposal coordination, and business development. The ideal candidate will drive growth initiatives and enhance our market position.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research and write compelling, well-structured bid responses and proposals
2. Coordinate documentation, proposal writing, and stakeholder communication for tenders
3. Manage the bid process from opportunity identification to submission
4. Analyze tender requirements and develop key solutions
5. Maintain document version control and accurate bid records
6. Coordinate with the design team for proposal visuals
7. Research new markets and customer needs
8. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
9. Support marketing initiatives
10. Contribute to sales contract preparation
11. Edit and proofread documents for high-quality, error-free submissions
12. Develop proposal templates and responses for complex RFPs
13. Assist in formulating strategies for successful tender submissions
14. Collaborate with experts to gather accurate information for bids
