Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients
2. Manage CRM and sales operations
3. Develop and implement effective communication strategies with clients
4. Assist in system administration tasks and database management
5. Support copywriting efforts for marketing materials and campaigns
6. Assist in HRIS management and employee data maintenance
7. Contribute to digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and content creation
8. Conduct cold calling, warm calling, and follow-up calls to generate leads and convert prospects into clients
9. Set up appointments with coaches
10. Close sales by effectively communicating the value of our programs and services
11. Oversee the scheduling and setup of coaching sessions
12. Address technical issues and supervise sessions, providing feedback for continuous improvement
13. Act as an executive assistant to provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, client engagement, and operational efficiency

1. Expert knowledge of mobile development, Flutter, React Native, Expo, and REST APIs.
2. Strong understanding of the iPhone and Android ecosystem and its guidelines for app development.
3. Ability to create Flutter/React Native libraries and plugins over C++/Java/Kotlin Native code.
4. Understanding of mobile Ul frameworks like NativeBase, UI Kitten, Material Kit, etc.
5. Understanding of NoSQL and SQL databases.
6. Experience in implementing authorization and authentication workflows using JWT, OAuth2, etc.
7. Experience with bundlers like Webpack, Rollup, Grunt, or Gulp.
8. Previous experience with cloud platforms like AWS and tools like GIT.
9. Ability to write performant code in an easily understandable structure.
10. Brownie points: Knowledge of Android Studio tools and kits.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of each close).
