1. are available for the work from home job/internship
2. can start the work from home job/internship between 24th Nov'24 and 29th Dec'24
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Currently pursuing or completed degree in any field (preferably business/marketing/sales)
2. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
3. Basic understanding of digital services and web development
4. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for database management)
5. Comfortable with cold calling and telephone-based sales
6. Basic understanding of CRM software
7. Experience in B2B sales or lead generation (preferred but not mandatory)
8. Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills
9. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
10. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
11. Basic understanding of digital marketing and web technologies
12. Additional regional language skills are a plus
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 400 per sale).
