About the work from home job/internship

We're building something exciting at Growleads.io, an AI Growth Club for curious minds across the globe. And we're looking for someone just as curious (and a little obsessed with AI) to help bring it to life.
If your idea of fun is:
1. Subscribing to 5 AI newsletters and reading all of them
2. Bookmarking AI tools you haven't even used yet (but plan to)
3. Watching AI creators on YouTube like it's your second degree
4. Explaining Grok or GPT to your friends again because "no, it's not just Google with attitude
Then we already like you.
So what will you actually do here?
A. Create:
1. Write punchy newsletters, breakdowns of AI tools, blogs, and maybe even your hot takes on trends
2. Make snackable content. Video, reels, screenshots, Looms. Your call.
3. Help us put out reviews, experiments, and community-led content that makes people say "Damn, that's useful."
B. Build:
1. Be the heart of our AI Growth Club. Welcome new members, keep conversations flowing, and make the space feel like home (but make it AI).
2. Bring energy. Start discussions. Reply to posts. Slide into DMs (respectfully).
C. Organize:
1. Help us keep our AI tools, community data, and notes tidy and searchable (hello Notion, Airtable, or whatever tool you vibe with).
2. Gather feedback. Understand what excites the community and what doesn't.

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 10,000 - 12,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 2,000 - 3,000 /month
Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 240000 to 300000/year
