Customer Relationship Manager Work From Home Internship

As a Customer Relationship Manager Intern at CarXstream India, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales. Your primary focus will be building and maintaining strong relationships with both private sellers and buyers.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reaching out to private sellers to collect necessary vehicle information and follow up on vehicle status.
2. Identifying potential customers through various channels and pitching the benefits of buying vehicles on CarXstream India.
3. Establishing and nurturing relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service.
4. Connecting qualified leads with dealer account managers to facilitate sales.

Requirements:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2. Excellent customer service orientation
3. Ability to build rapport and trust
4. Basic sales and negotiation skills
5. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
6. Proficiency in using communication tools (phone, email, WhatsApp)
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
