You'll connect with students, pitch college programs, track leads via CRM, and help us onboard new students while earning valuable incentives!
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Promote admissions for Pune-based colleges
2. Connect with interested students (via calls, messages, or campus networks)
3. Share brochures, course highlights, and the USP of each college
4. Follow up via CRM and maintain lead status
5. Attend weekly online review meetings
6. Achieve lead conversion goals for bonus incentives
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the work from home job/internship
2. can start the work from home job/internship between 19th May'25 and 23rd Jun'25
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Current students based in Pune
2. Open to all years and streams (one position reserved/preferred for female student candidate)
3. Available for at least 2 months (preferably 3 months)
4. Can start immediately
Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 3,000 - 6,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 3,000 - 8,000 /month
Skills Required:
1. Strong communication (Hindi, Marathi, or English)
2. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel
3. Initiative, self-discipline, and professionalism
4. Friendly and persuasive tone
