About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
a. Online Merchandising:
1. Ensure the website looks appealing by adding the relevant details of the outfits on the website for suits, lehengas, sarees, indo-western outfits, sherwanis, and festive collections.
2. Collaborate with the team to maintain the online store's aesthetic appeal.
b. Uploading Product Information:
1. We are currently in the process of launching our website and the idea is to upload all product/ outfits related specifications on to our platform before the launch
c. Product Knowledge:
1. Gain in-depth knowledge of the store's product line, including materials, designs, and craftsmanship.
2. Educate customers about care instructions for premium ethnic garments.
d. Fashion Expertise:
1. Offer styling advice for weddings, festive occasions, and other events, ensuring customers make confident choices.
2. Stay informed about the latest trends in ethnic wear and incorporate them into client consultations.
e. Customer Relationships:
1. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups and excellent service.
2. Update loyal customers about new collections, seasonal offers, and customization options.
Education: Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Textile Studies, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: 0-3 years of experience in fashion retail, ethnic wear, or a similar role. We are open to Freshers and interns.
