Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Farm visits: Engaging with farmers directly to understand their production processes and challenges.
2. Conduct surveys: Gathering valuable insights from farmers to inform our solutions and strategies.
3. Build Relationships: Developing strong connections with farmers to encourage the adoption of our products and services during our pilot phase.

1. Knowledge of Agriculture: A solid understanding of farming practices and crop management.
2. Language Skills: Proficiency in Kannada if based in Karnataka or Telugu if in Andhra Pradesh.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per sale).
