Other requirements
1. 2–5 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
2. Proven experience in leading and managing development teams
3. Prior experience in building full-scale web applications from scratch
4. Strong knowledge of database architecture, performance tuning, and optimization
5. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and deployment best practices
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally
