Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Assist in maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system with candidate information.
4. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of invoice amount received).
