About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
2. Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews and maintaining employee records
3. Helping to coordinate and organize HR events and training sessions
4. Conducting research and preparing reports related to HR policies and procedures
5. Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements in HR practices

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per candidates).
