About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
2. Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
3. Assist in organizing and facilitating employee engagement activities.
4. Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system (HRIS).
5. Coordinate and track employee certifications and training programs.
6. Participate in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and screening resumes.
7. Schedule interviews and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
8. Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
9. Prepare reports on HR metrics such as turnover and recruitment statistics.
10. Actively engage in learning opportunities to enhance HR knowledge and skills.
11. Collaborate with team members and other departments for smooth HR operations.
12. Maintain open communication with employees to address concerns and provide assistance.

A. Eligibility Criteria:

1. Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

2. Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

C. Desirable Attributes:

1. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

2. Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus.
