As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Aadi Foundation, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your role will involve supporting the HR team with various tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and training and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support in conducting orientation sessions for new hires and assist with onboarding paperwork.
3. Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
4. Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees.
5. Update and maintain HR databases and spreadsheets using MS-Excel.
6. Collaborate with the team to create engaging visual content using Canva for HR communications.
7. Demonstrate strong English proficiency, both spoken and written, in all interactions with employees and external stakeholders.
