Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating with the Key Account Manager (KAM): Engaging with the KAM to understand specific hiring needs and requirements.
2. Screening candidates: Reviewing applications and conducting initial interviews to identify suitable candidates.
3. Communicating process updates: Regularly informing the KAM about recruitment progress and making necessary adjustments.
4. Maintaining records and reporting: Keeping detailed records of candidate interactions and providing consistent updates on their status.
5. Engaging with candidates daily: Connecting with approximately 110 candidates each day to schedule interviews, follow up, or deliver updates.
6. Conducting daily outreach: Contacting around 110 candidates daily for interviews, follow-ups, or status updates.
